Portable toilet cts 3110 electrics

Just bought motor home it as a domestic cts3110.portable toilet in.which as no power indicated.on panel checked fuse ok.any idea as to the problem.

as this is the latest style Dometic loo, i guess its under warranty?

if so, ring the dealer for advice, if none of their suggestions work (dont take it back there unless its on your doorstep) ring dometic and they will send a local engineer to you Happy
