Polyplastic window recall

Hi folks,

I have a 2004 Elnagh Marlin with polyplatics Windows, one of which delaminated while on the motorway the other day.

While searching for repair or replacement  I found out there was a recall on them a few years ago, ours appears to have missed it . Polyplastic are not answering my questions and referring me to my dealer! This vehicle was bought privately but I think was originally supplied by Perthshire caravans,  but they haven't replied yet.

Has anybody on here had this done on their vehicle and how did they go about it, any info would be greatly appreciated.
