Petrol gauge not working

HELP Hi all i have a 2011 swift escape 622  .2.2 ducato engine.the problem is the petrol guage works fine on the initial start up.but as soon as the accelerator is in use the guage drops to empty with the low fuel light coming on.it will stay this way untill i turn the engine off.HELP

FIAT Base vehicle. Join the FIAT Forum. There is lots of info on there and you will possibly get a better response. You will need the exact model FIAT or they will not know what you are talking about.
