(Moved from Introductions)

Just back from our very first trip. We only went 90 miles and this was very much a case of 'Let's do it and then next time we'll do it right!'. Stayed in a place called Blackthorn Farm in Anglesey. Not a CC site but really super and the most gorgeous views over the sea to Snowdon beyond. We learned that we need suitable utensils for non-stick pans, that if there is frozen casserole it needs a dish for the oven [we used a frying pan] and so on and so on. Ooops! But it was a practise and we did have fun. Will also have an extra blanket next time. Wales is COLD in April. Our dog, Dora, was a dream settled down no trouble and enjoyed it all. Just a quick question. My wife is keen to take her Remoska as she says it only uses 2 light bulbs of electricity. Does any one know if they are OK on a hook-up I don't want to trip a site?
