Motorhome windows

When not in use our motorhome lives under a sycamore tree which dispenses all sorts of filth so I cover it with a Fiamme topcover. It seems that the cover reacts in someway with the acrylic windows and when I take the topcover off have to spend some considerable time polishing the windows with T Cut.

I have considered covering the windows with cling film but have heard rumours that this may also cause a reaction with the windows. Can anyone confirm this please?

Try using a resin car polish instead of T Cut as it will remove scratches/residue etc and will also add some protection to the plastic.

Plus DDs comments.

Have you considered having the tree chopped down or at least pruned right back?

Write your comments here...I have considered having the tree cut down, it's not something I would like and yes it has been pruned.
