motorhome hire

We have noticed that a lot of folk are hiring motorhomes now for their holidays. I was wondering how  many of you have gone on to buy one ? 

p.s. Talking to a chap who had hired a motorhome and had also arranged for a hire car to be available at the site. The car hire people would not allow him to have it as he had a small dog, just something to think about.
