Lunar Goldstar wall panel replacements

Hi all  ... our motorhome is a 2008 Lunar Goldstar 620, some of the wall panels in the kitchen area and shower room have previous water damage marks on them, so we are looking to have them replaced. I have tried to source replacement panels but I cannot locate any, I guess its down to the age of them. From what I can gather (but I could be wrong) the kitchen area panel is called "Lunar Cairn" and the bathroom one "Matisse"... they are both a grey/white colour. Any ideas on where I can source them from? I have looked online at O Learys, Magnum Motorhomes and Leisureplus to name a few.  I am in the West Midlands area. I have attached two photos of the damage and 2 of the panels I am trying to find. If they cannot be immediately sourced, any advice on what I can do to cover them until I find a plan B.
