hi. Can anyone recommend a suitable overnight stop breaking a journey from Cheltenham to Morvich CC site? We are mainly using motorways as far as Glasgow. Thanks DB

Strathclyde Country Park just off M74 is good, lots along Loch Lomond couple of hours further on.

Englethwaite Hall is our usual first stop going to Scotland.Easy to find, quiet, EHu and no toilet, great for O/Night. If further north good Cls at Moffat 1985 and Douglas 2028.Used both and not booked beforehand. Just decided when I got tired.

On other threads posters have shown a dislike for travelling on the road along Loch Lomond. I consider the route via Callandar to be quicker to Crainlarich anyway from Strathclyde Park.
