It is a single din radio with an extended front ( Bottom ). They are not the easiest of radio's to get out. I used 4 thin screwdrivers on mine to release the catches. Nothing else holds it in. I have a Laika and that has a reversing camera mounted on the right side of the dash above the fresh air outlet. If you remove the fuse panel and then the large panel 2 screrws you can get the big panel off. The fresh air vent is a tight push into place and can be removed.

Hi Q4,

Sorry for delay in replying.  I managed to get the radio/cd player out by using screwdrivers in the holes (couldn’t find right tools ) then loads of hotel room keys (like credit cards) around the player and worked around it. Pulled it clear at the top by a 1/4”….then the bottom a side at a time.  Easy when you know where the clips are!

I took pictures and may upload when I get chance. It may help others.

Been busy with work and waiting on Connects2 adapters for the new JVC media player that I bought to get the steering controls working. The place bought the stuff from sent the wrong one.  Not their fault I don’t think.

Hope to get the adapter this week and get the install finished.

Thanks!
