How do you rate your dealer?

hi,we chose to buy our 1st motorhome from a dealer(near teeside airport) for peace of mind .after negotiating a good price our van was to have a full service & vallet..and a few things we noticed fixed.we took delivery the next weekend but were dissapointed to see that most of the jobs were not done as well as having no ladder or spare wheel, grrrr.the dust on the shelves , window ledges, top of fridge door etc tells me NO vallet was done.i did get a new lamp & door handle sent in the post which i had to fit myself & fix the pull-out table myself & push the trim back in around the top of the cab, most worrying was the loose gas pipe to the regulator,,,  when i eventually got the spare wheel & ladder,,the ladder was too short & the wheel carrier would not wind up.they tell me the ladder IS the right one even though its 3" short & dangles in mid air & 6 weeks down the line i'm still waiting for a reply about the wheel carrier.

I can honestly say i WILL NOT use this dealer again.

just wondered if anyone els has had a bad experience from a dealer.

regards kevntrace
