Need some serious help and advice

we purchased an Elddis 185 platinum from Perthshire caravans in March 2019 (new) and the Motorhome was involved in an accident in July 21- rear end shunt which broke o/s tail light and rear bumper- also damaged was the heater unit with crushed gas pipe and casing,  the incident damage in itself was not very serious but now we come to the problem, G4 insurance instructed a firm called Paint-tec of Glenrothes to undertake the repairs, but, unknown to me, it was sub-contracted to a firm called GEM caravans of Dunfermline, to cut a long story short gem-caravans took 7 months,yes,7 months to effect repairs, the owner refused to communicate with me and I still do not know his name, as a good will gesture I asked if he would do a habcheck for me and he sent me paperwork stating that the van was suffering from serious dampness, up to 50%ALL IN THE AREA HE WAS SUPPOSED TO REPAIR, o/s rear corner to o/s wheel arch I  asked how it was possible to fail your own workmanship but since Nov 2021 he has not answered my calls or emails. Had to take motor to Perthshire caravans to get the awning repaired,May 22,(under recall after 2 years,) and they are saying the dampness is 99% at wheel arch and my warranty is null and void because I missed the first habcheck in march2020 this was the height of the first lockdown and could not get anyone to do habcheck, also was seriously ill after 2 heart attacks and triple bypass op.so was not allowed to drive, Elddis will not communicate with me as I am not trade.Perthshire caravans just say it’s not their problem, gem does not speak, who do I turn to and get this motor fixed
