I just wanted to share with you our experience because good service is so hard to come by.

We have a chausson allegro which we bought new in 2009 from the now gone Discover. Discover were AWFUL to say the least - we had several problems with minor repairs and they were so hard to get answers from.

Anyway last year the handle snapped from the sunroof but it was just outside of warrenty so we left it as we were never that bothered. Then in september the sunroof blew off (this may have been because it wasnt locked properly). Firstly we went to tyne vally who wrapped the opening in cellophane at no charge but could not go back there as they are not chausson dealers so I rang round several to try to get it sorted. In the end we decided to go to Emm Bee at Bury - partly as we have family in the area. Their service has been brilliant - they are happy to drop you off into town and pick you back up and they don't charge the earth either. We had to make two trips due to the rwrong parts being sent so they didnt charge for fitting costs despite spending several hours on it.

We took it back for our annual service and they adjusted the door and replaced the outdoor catch at no extra charge and they have now taken up a warrenty claim on our behalf as we have water ingress. So many times you hear of people having trouble with warrenty claims when their origonal dealer goes bust but Emm Bee have been great even rectifying previous errors by discover on chaussons system. Obviously the proof will be in the pudding when the repair is actually carried out but so far I am exeptionally pleased with the standard of care and the proffessionalism shown by the company.
