Anyone using a gjosa water saving shower head(s) in their van or at home?  If so are they any good, effective, efficient and worth the money?

I tried a water saving head a few years ago, cannot remember the make, but I wasn't impressed with it and put the normal head back on.

LLM, don't know about that one...we've had one of these Jetsorm units for years and it works a treat.

perhaps it is a factor in our (seemingly) sparse use of water🤷🏻‍♂️

The wife's hairdresser uses one in her salon, it's a lot of money (around 90 euros?)for what it is in my opinion. It's also very hard to descale apparently.

Eco camel do a range of heads that I think a lot of vanners use which are a it cheaper? I have one in the RV, can't comment on the water saving though as it's plumbed to the mains.
