Any knowledge or advice on self- fitting a fiamma carry-bike carrier to the pre installed points on back of motorhome?

Hi, I fitted a Fiamma bike carrier to the back of our Bailey Autograph a few years ago. It was a very straight forward job. Depending on the distance between the two existing horizontal fitting bars on the back of your motorhome, you may need to cut two aluminium tubes to length and drill two holes through them so they can fit the existing points. On the Bailey the horizontal fixing bars were 400mm apart. There are 4 L shaped tubes in the fixings. You need to slide two L shaped tubes together twice to make 2 U shapes which then fit to the fixing points and the rack is then supported from these U shapes. The supplied L shapes were too long however to span the 400 mm between the existing fixing points so one tube of each U assembly had to be cut to length and a new hole drilled in each U so the two can be bolted together. Just need some careful measuring, a hacksaw, and a drill for this part of the job. If you are careful with your measuring it is a simple job from there. I hope this helps. BTW, do you have your rack already? We have changed our motorhome for one with a garage so no longer need a bike rack but still have a lightly used one with brackets cut for 400mm centres if you are interested.

Earlier in the year I fitted a Fiamma bike rack to the rear of our van. Even though yours will be a different type of rack and fixing, I would suggest you search youtube as I found a couple of helpful and informative videos on there specific to our van and rack which went step by step through the installation. There are probably similar videos which will help you too.
