Fiat Ducato Euro 5 engine choices?

I am buying a new Auto Trail Apache 634 motorhome but am not sure which engine to choose. I have a choice of the entry level 130HP unit (320 Nm torque at 1800 rpm) or the upgraded 147 HP unit (350 Nm at 1500 rpm) in both cases linked to a 6 speed manual gear box.

I expect to be using it near its plated weight of 3620kg, and it is a 'high top'. Long distance stuff in Europe is expected, as well as the more mindan stuff in the UK.

Be grateful for any user experience or comparisons in driving and fuel consumption with these engines.

Thanks in anticipation. David 9245
