Sadly it seems that they're built but fixes are for others to pay for.... I would thinking this is known, even if you don't know, insurance companies can resist a claim?
Let's hope they sort, with the fix or by modifying the lock, before selling more 🤞
Oh gosh must come back to earth 🌎.........
Edit do you know the model/year(s) of manufacture?

At my place of work we have Fiat Ducaro vans ,we had a van stolen from outside a guys house at 12.30 am taken without any damage to door locks ,alarm did not go off . looking at cctv they was 45 seconds after gaining entry to driving off . we found the van via tracker early sunday morning with door cut open by a grinder and all tools stolen .. dont think putting a cover around locks is going to deter them ..
All you can do is make it more difficulkt to take away ie visible steering locks etc .

Yes, you’re right. Once in it seems the van immobiliser/alarm is easily disabled and engine started via ODB port. Tools in vehicles are a particular attraction, hopefully they’d be less inclined to damage a MH unless the plan was to break it? Good to hear the tracker did it’s job. A lot of folks aren’t keen on them, but I wouldn’t be without one. An immediate SMS alert triggered by vibration or movement could potentially have changed the outcome.
