Fiamma bike carriers

Hello

he bike rack on my Ducato van camper obscures the number plat, and when loaded also partially covers the lights.... Not ideal, especially as we intend touring the continent this year.

My first idea was to have a socket fitted, and use a trailer board with lights and number plates which would be ok, but I wondered if anyone had fitted a rack in a higher position.... Over the back window?
