Hi, we are currently driving round Norfolk stopping at various caravan club sites, we have just pulled up to our third site and the 240v electric hook up won't work!!!

Has anyone any advice please

Many thanks

The older bollards require you to twist the blue connector after you have plugged it in to turn on the electric supply.  If that won't work try a different bollard if you can, and also check the RCD's on the consumer unit of your vehicle.

Pleased to hear you now have electric. If it was the twist the connector type, just remember to press the red button to release the plug when you leave, otherwise the plug won't come out. Enjoy Norfolk.

The twist type connectors have a little red button next to them which releases the plug so it can be removed. They cause a lot of confusion particularly to overseas visitors!!!
