Hi. We have an Eldiss Accordo 135 2017 bought second hand. We can’t fully turn off the ignition and consequently non of the appliances, pump, etc will work and we can’t use central locking and consequently can’t lock as no key in the passenger door.
no one can help us so far.

Hoping that someone here can help.

Hi Nelly. Should have checked this again. Just assumed I would get an email if someone replied. It’s a Peugeot Boxer. You can take the key out of the ignition but the dash radio and front running lights  stay on. Yes we have the red button. Thanks for the thread.

it still isn’t fixed we have called  lots of places including Peugeot garages to no avail. It’s at an auto electrical services garage currently. They have had it for 4 days now and still aren’t sure what’s causing the problem.

I don't know if this will be any use to you but my Autoquest is a Peugeot Boxer and a few years ago I had problems when the immobiliser stopped the van from starting.  After much hassle and expense over the next 18 months, including supposedly having the keys reprogrammed, I was still having problems with the van occasionally refusing to start. After 2 visits from Green Flag and visits to different garages, I paid for a visit from a mobile auto electrician. He connected the van to a computer which did not flag up a fault, but on closer inspection the mechanic found that the metal ring around the area where you put the key in the ignition was loose and he fixed it with a tube of super glue!  Obviously your problem is the opposite of mine but perhaps it is around that particular area.

It was me rather than Nellie who pointed you at the thread. I can add nothing more other than to suggest it needs a Peugeot main dealer with the correct diagnostic equipment to look at it. Other garages and 'specialists' don’t always have access to the Peugeot diagnostics.

You will get an email if someone posts if you click on 'Follow’ below your original post.

Hi BVFG . Hope I have the right person. We’re still having trouble. Now the main thing is that it won’t start intermittently. And the problem seems to be the same as yours. The immobiliser is coming up on the dash. Thanks so much for the advice. Hopefully we will be able to get hold of a mobile mechanic.
