Anybody able to advise me how to drain down fresh water tank for winter. We have a Chausson 510 Flash. Handbook says to put pump on and open drain tap but tank doesn't seem to completety empty. Just worried about any residue freezing.

We have a plug at the bottom fo our tanks, just unscrew lid put hand inside and pull plug out. Once drained down don't forget to replace plug and drain hot water tank, leave taps open including the shower head. Flush tank on toilet also should be drained, leave the blade open on the bottom cassette.

You  could  always  go  for  a  drive  with  the  taps  open,  Martatin !  The  more  'contryfied'  the  roads,  then  the  more  it  slops  about  &  thus  finds  its  own  way  out !

They  are  used  to  folks  doing  that  in  Cheshire  !!Wink

If you have an access cap like I have then a wet and dry vacuum would get every last drop out if you have no drain valve
