Converting to motorhome!

After many years of caravanning we sold our van last year as we sorted out some life stuff.  Well that's my early retirement initiated and an integral part of the financial planning is a one-off sum to buy a new motorhome.  Not discounting an up market second hand either mind you!

We're off to NEC next month to look at a few choices, we think we know what we want but we did go there once to check out a Bailey's and a Lunar and ended up buying a Coachman from Wandahomes; a great deal and the best van we had.

Our basic spec is sub 7m, fixed bed, useable shower, four belts and spare bed for occassional grandchildren use.  We have narrowed it down to Bessacar E564 (7.04m) and Autoroller T- line 670.  Can't help noticing the price of the Escape 664 also.  Also been impressed with a second hand Hymer Classic we saw at a dealer and there's a nice Adria on sale on here.  It's difficult to identify the Hymer for price check purposes and I give up with Adria specs, especially out of date models.

Huge subject I know but any comments much appreciated.

I have to say this is the best "project" I've had in years!
