I have a CI Mizar elite on a Fiat Ducato base, 3l semi-auto gearbox on a 09 plate. The unit has 2 grey waste tanks, a fresh water tank all of which are controlled by a panel above the entrance door. After a trip the grey tanks were emptied as was the water tank yet I still had a green light flashing under the tanks icon and a red light flashing under one of the waste tanks icon. Can anyone offer an explanation for this or advise me to find a dealer who knows what he's doing. Thanks in advance for any help proffered

You should be able to get access to the tanks for cleaning.  They normally have a large removable plastic top. Most units work by testing the difference in electrical resistance between the electrodes in the tank. First thing to do is find the electrodes and clean them. Then switch everything off and back on again. If that doesn't work then try and find out who makes the control panel. There are not that many out there but a few have gone bust over the years. See if you can find a wiring diagram and locate the sender unit. Check the terminals are clean.

Failing that spend a fortune on getting it fixed or just put up with it.
