Boiler outer cover

While driving home the other day the outside cover on the hot water heater fell off , I stoped to pick it up but a great big lorry ran over it , my question is ,does it need to be replaced ? Or can I leave it

They probably are quite robust ,but probably not designed to be run over by a 44tonne lorry

Are you sure it's not the Ultrastore you have? I have the Combi in my motorhome and it doesn't have a cover?

agreed, David, we domt have a 'cover' as such, merely a 'termination plate' where the exhaust pipe (for when on gas) exits the van, as in the photo. they might even be metal.
