Bailey Door Fly Screen

I wonder if anyone has had a problem with their Bailey door fly screen. On ours the top three cords that run through the concentina sections have broken and so now is very loose and won't fold in and out very easily. Obviously when we get home it will have to go back to the dealer but I just wondered if it was a common problem or just a one off?
