Sorry cannot find thread for previous posts. The 11ELE2000 media unit in our Apache has now been condemned by a local specialist and we are now looking for a replacement that is not TOO expensive. Any suggestions please?

Sounds like they were never very good in the first place.

I have fitted new Sat Navs in three MH's so far. It's not a hard job to do. Last one I fitted was a Blaupunkt ( Android ) unit that does just about everything. You are looking at best part of £600 + fitting kit. On a standard Fiat the dash needs some surgery to get it to fit but chances are if it's go a head unit in already it will be a straight swap. Most of the Double Din head units use the IGO Software.

Update. Have scrapped 11ELE2000 system. Following abysmal service and advice from ENIGMA found a freelance guy who has replaced with a Kenwood system. Gives us what we need. Have used reversing camera and radio, yet to use drop down monitor but if that is all ok will well recommed this young man who really seems to know his stuff. If you live in the Folkestone/Canterbury area he is you man. Doesn't normally travel outside these boundaries as has plenty of work which must speak for itself as local car dealers use him.
