can anyone throw any light or help with this annoying fault.  The autosleeper Broadway has a Truma unit for heating and hot water.  It works on electric for a while and then says not connected.  Switching to gas works but it should be able to run on electric.

Had this fault a month ago and it went in for habitation check, all ok and it did work again for a while.  But just pitched up yesterday and affter a few hours same problem. Helen.

I suggest you join the auto-sleepers owners forum (asof) and put the same post. There is an enormous wealth of experience on it.

if you have the latest CP Plus control panel, there should be an error message...if this doesn't throw up anything obvious, go to Truma as suggested.

my own experience of the ASOC forum is that, despite their models having regular issues with Truma heating, though usually the PVCs,  they are usually with the way AS has designed the installation rather than technical issues with the units themselves.

IMHO, notwithstanding Truma themselves, the accepted Truma guru would be Derek Uzzell on MMM.

I would post there www.outandaboutlive.co.uk
