Has anyone experienced a problem after changing their engine battery on a Autocruise Starlet 2 , everything worked fine until the battery change and now the step will not operate without a mains connection and I have no engine voltage showing on the control panel, although the engine turns over and starts . I have seen a similar fault mentioned back in March from a club member after a battery change , has anyone else had a similar problem and found a remedy

Probably a similar sort of issue with car radios not working if the battery is disconnected. A fairly simple cure, I would imagine. Have you checked the handbook/googled the problem?
