Auto Trail Scout 2002 model

Just purchased above Used Auto Trail Motorhome garage I purchased from knows nothing aboaunt model and usually sell only cars,! I've gone on holiday to get accustomed to vehicle with only owners manual as a guide. According to panel my leisure battery ( New ) is not charging panel book says I should check 12v switch ?, any idea of location ?  also  there is no water to toilet and won't flush  (Thetford Cassette C2), I changed fuse 3amp at the cassette access , but nothing, supposed to be another but again I can't locate where !  I've already had to replace water pumwhew hen I arrived because when I arrived and filled with water and  switched pump on I almost flooded van due to cracked pump. So much for relaxing new hobby . Anyone any ideas of 12v switch location or  ideas PLEASE CONTACT . Tel: 07737708271 .  Pat.
