It is an ELE2000 on our 2013 auto-trail and has radio, tv tuner, satnav, dvd, Bluetooth telephone and reverse camera. The tv/dvd is connected to a flip down monitor for easy viewing but :
tv remote is not good -has to be pointed at the display quite close (tried batteries)
tuning is not straightforward
some dvd’s will not play -they are genuine
image quality is poor
if Bluetooth is connected then it drains the battery of any phone connected
Satnav has taken us up slip roads, only to take us down the other side on motorways -would you trust it ?

I don't have an AutoTrail media system. It gets good reports for value and poor reports for quality but there must be many happy users out there because AutoTrail persist with it. Have you ventured on the AutoTrail Owners Club's forum to see whether owners have solutions to your problems?
I would recommend buying separate items rather than seek an all in one replacement. Buying separately does increase the clutter and space required though the opportunity to get the standard of product you seek and upgrade individual items in future has significant benefits. When lots of technology is bundled together, compromises are inevitable and this in turn can affect performance/reliability. If buying separate items, you might need to think about the wiring requirements.
In my van, the TV is Avtex and the aerial a Vision Plus directional, the reversing camera is Dometic/Waco, the satnav is a cheap Garmin, and the road atlases are AA and AtoZ - though I would recommend a truckers road atlas.
Might also be worth looking at RoadPro's offerings. It also gives unbiased advice in my experience.

Hi
Only slightly related but I had a chieftain (05 reg) that had a similar system, after too many visits to the cowboys at br*wnh*lls I replaced the whole lot including tv drop down, dvd, sat nav, reverse cam with cheap Chinese stuff off ebay. That ran perfectly for the 5 years I had it.
