Any other wheelies out there?

My wife is wheelchair disabled and over the years we have camped under canvass, used a folding caravan and now we own a motorhome, purchased in July 2012. We have not had to adapt it yet though we have had quotes (ouch) and although my wife is in the chair 24/7 we seem to cope OK. Anyone else like us out there and how do you cope with motorhoming / caravanning. Come on spill the beans!
