Advice required

Hi,

I have a 2019 Elddis 175 motorhome it is 17 months old, 9 months of which I have never used due to covid restrictions.  It has previously had 17 faults to date which my dealer has fixed/ replaced.

It now has two stress cracks in bodywork.  As warranty for panels is only 12 months Elddis have initially declined warranty claim.

Legally where do I stand?
