Now that's what I call an A frame. Today's news has a story about the British Forces' Foxhound armoured vehicle. I see it has an A frame, obviously not illegal in Iraq and Afghanistan. Time to reopen the debate me thinks!

On the continent where safety is taken seriously, A frames are not allowed..  ( Except for an emergency breakdown ).

For some reason those same A frames become super safe as soon as the channel is crossed in a Northerly direction.

My personal opinion is that a twin axle car trailer is the best and safest method of towing a car behind a Motorhome.

Towing a car behind a MH is a very safe practice and safety is not the reason that our continental friends don't allow it. Putting a car on a trailer doesn't make it any safer to tow, in fact in my opinion it is safer on an A-frame.

If you could find a Motorhome suitable enough to tow a foxhound, I doubt if you’d find that many euro-officials that would be willing to slap a fine on it, if you had the roof mounted machine guns maned 🤔
