Window (hairline mosaic like cracks) safe? secure?

Any help greatly appreciated.

I have a 7yr old (vgc) Ace Supreme Twinstar, one of the front windows has developed fine, mosaic looking hairline cracks around one of the catches.

To be honest, i dont know if its still safe & secure for one. And next what can or should I do about it?

Is there a simple repair? If not, how do I go about getting it replaced? Do I need a new one or can a second hand one be fitted?

Also, the plasric surround of the van frame for the same window has shrunk & does not now fit into the corners. could this be from the heat of the sun? and could that also be the reason for the cracking in the window?

Any helpful advice really greatly appreciated.
