Which make/model for a budget winter caravan?

Hi,

Can someone please suggest a good make/model for winter caravanning?  I have set a budget of max £2,500 for a 2 berth tourer, perhaps a little higher if it made a lot of difference to the spec.  The biggest hurdle for me is choosing which make/model caravan to buy within my budget.  I am keen to pick one which has good insulation, but I can't find a comparison table showing all the makes/models/years with their various insulation values.  Are there any makes/models in particular which would be good in winter?

I have picked up some specific advice such as:

- Skirt

- Awning

- Thermostatic heater

- Ventilation

- Propane not butane

- Insulation of water tank and pipe

- Anti-freeze in the toilet cassette

- Boot washer, mat (for mud control)

Is there any other advice people could offer?

Thank you very much,
Woodspiral.
