It may have been reset (usually an action of last resort by owner to fix a boiler fault) with the mains power disconnected. Try a full reset again with EHU connection and keep your fingers crossed, The control panel should have an index option in the settings menu and that should list application codes for all appliances connected to it. If it’s blank it means the control panel isn’t ‘seeing’ the boiler probably because you have a power issue. It may be the original fault is control panel 12v power to boiler disconnected due to a fault e.g. fuse, cable or connections.

Posted on 05/07/2021 12:35 by Watton FamilyDid some further checks, we have 12v coming into the boiler but no LED's on the boiler, fuse on the boiler has not blown so the dealer is coming to collect the van today to repair it.
