Tracker registration: a warning

Took delivery of a Bailey U2 on December 19th.  Completed the Tracker paperwork, the dealer said he would fax it to Tracker so I would be covered straight away.  I never received any confirmation from Tracker so on 25th January I emailed to ask if I was registered.  Got a reply back  from Gina Kipping, she copied me in on an email to data processing for them to check and get back to me.  Still nothing so yesterday  I emailed her.  She asked me to email my details again which i did, today still nothing so i rang.  gave my details and was then transferred to what may have been an overseas call centre.  Spoke to a very helpful chap, gave my details, again.  He found me straight away but said I WAS ON HOLD.  So the Tracker had not been activated, I wasn't protected.

He has activated me and says I will get postal confirmation in 3 to 5 days.  so the purpose of this post, apart from having a moan, is to warn members that if they don't get confirmation don't just presume, check.  and check by phone because they obviously can't be bothered to deal with email enquiries.
