testing 'van's rear lights

Had to replace brake/sidelight bulb ; a job and a half itself ( need 3 hands ).  But can't test it without plugging 13 - pin lead into car. As'van lives in front of house, to merely connect the electrics = putting car across pavement + 1/2 of road. Pain!

Is it possible to get a (say) 2-metre long "extension lead" to connect car's 13-pin socket to 'van's 13-pin plug whilst car is at the side of the 'van?
