(Moved from Introductions)

Hi since buying new i have had to return to the dealer to have 8 faults rectified.I have had my van back in for its yearly service and my dealer advises me that there is significant damp issues with it. He advises me that he cannot deal with it and it appears that He and Swift are drawing up an "action plan"which involves returning the van to Swift, the company who failed to build a leak free van in the first place!.I now have no faith what so ever in Swift .My query is must i allow Swift to attempt to repair my van or can i ask for a refund(taking depreciation into account) from my dealer, thanks lesal
