Swift Conqueror control panel display gone

Mine is a 2018 model and the panel display looks as though the battery is running down?  There is a light behind it but the writing is too pale to be readable.  I can still stop the stupid alarms going off by pressing the left arrow key but can't do anything else with it.

Thanks for that - I am not doing very well at removing the panel - photograph  attached and it seems like there is a button centre top that sort of releases a bit of it but the rest isn't coming off - and feels quite fragile?

the outer frame stays in place you release the panel by placing a knife blade/ small screw driver just under the black printed panel and gently prising from the bottom

Brilliant I will try that.

Got it finally!  I will try a new battery when I have found the one I think I have somewhere - than you very much.

Hmm still no luck with a new battery and I have been unable to disconnect the wires they don't seem to budge I am guessing there is a way to release them but I can't find it.  Feeling rather inadequate!

The multi plugs are a bit difficult / stiff to remove and in confined space on the back of the board, need tiny fingers but strength to disconnect.

Hope you succeed

If memory serves me right was quoted circa £300 for a new control panel/board. Sargent do a repair service, turn around time was roughly 5 weeks when I had problem that was when the guy at sergent told me to try a reset as described in my first reply.
