Swift Conqueror 530 (digital clock) 2009 model

Can anyone give me some advice on how to set the time on the clock that is located in between the two front roof cupboards.It has only got 2 buttons but it must take me about 30 minutes to set the time but this is by a hit and miss system of pushing these buttons but forgetting in which sequence I am doing it.There are no instructions with it so any explanation would be most welcome that would help me to set it in 5 minutes
