I, have taken delivery of my 2012 van today, spending almost £20,000 only to find that because I use Butane for my gas, I'm penalised to the tune of £35 as I'm forced to purchase a hose that fits my Butane bottle, Swift only supply hose for Propane, contray to the brochure that says the caravan is supply with stainless steel braided hose.
The dealer says they can't not exchange the Propane hose for a Butane hose, my reply was, you didn't inform me before I, paid you the money.
I, was unable to contact Swift this afternoon, but I will first thing on Monday Morning.
Has anyone else had a similar problem?
