We got our Challenger Sport 554 in March this year. We have been out six times this year and found no real problems with it.Encounterd a few minor niggles, lile the draining board storage clip falling off the cupboard  under the sink(Small screws used and just vibrated out whilst travelling). We had the kitchen sink waste pipe fall of the sink bowl and flood the floor due to not being glued together by the factory. Also the gas hob plastic control knobs  now fall off when travelling due to having expanded when using the grill. ( I was told by the dealer workshop that this was down to the van tyres and wheels needing balancing to stop vibration) Apparently nothing do to with the fact that the knobs had expanded due to heat and not contracted back to their orginal size to fit the spigots. Still chasing on warrenty for replacements as yet. Otherwise the van is great love the sun roof fitment it lets in plenty of light. As yet not seen many other vans of this model being used on our travels,is there something out there that we do not know, have you any horror or known problems with this model please let us know.
