Sorted Bathroom floor Creaking

My Swift challenger 480 2016 model started to creak on our end bathroom floor. Similar to others already mentioned on here, I started feeling depressed that our van would have to return to the factory for a new floor to be fitted because of delamination.

Out came my warranty forms and annual service reports in ready for the dreaded phone call to my dealer.

However, remembering a comment on here to check all areas where fixtures locked to the floor, within minutes I found the loudest creak was in the area where the bathroom door hinged panel screwed to the floor. Removing the brown plastic screw cover, I found that the screw had slackened over the past 5 years. a quick tighten and to my pleasant surprise, the creak had vanished.

Lesson to all, investigate first, worry later.
