Can anyone offer advice or suggestions for the repair/replacement of a door roller for a Coachman 2009 545 VIP shower door. Shown on photos...broken unit and remaining one in situ.

I have been told by Coachman that they no longer make this part available and I have a quote for a Nautilus shower kit for £97...can anyone help with alternatives or information?

Many thanks

Philip

Yep agree with lornalou, get the araldite out, make sure all parts are clean and grease free and glue all pieces together, roller bracket to door and pin to door and roller bracket.

Found a company online who say they will try to match the required part if you send them a picture. Have a look at Showerpart.co.uk

Hi, please may I whether you ever found your replacement shower door roller, I'm asking as I have just had the same problem and unable to find a replacement. I would really appreciate any help you could offer.

Thank you

I had the same problem, so I took my broken bits with me and visited Wicks Builders Merchants. I was able to get bits that did the job perfectly. As far as I can remember cost me less than £5.

Hi, did you get a fix in the end?  I just noticed Prima Leisure have replacement rollers for round sliding showers, I was looking for a Bailey Senator part at the time.  Might be the same for yours?  £37 but look plastic rather than steel/plastic composite as per your photo.

Hope it helps

I have fitted a set like that in the link, but still find the brass part of the roller catching on the rail, so making it difficult to open. Even with it adjusted correctly, looks like brass part of the roller is catching the top of the rail edge.,, anyone else seen this?

Its most like the offest on the cam is not enough to clear the rail even when adjusted
