Having read some disappointing corresondence about Bailey Caravans I must say that I've just had a very prompt result from them. Sent an e-mail concerning the breaking of the catches on the blinds at 18:00 on 15th and recieved a very favourable reponse on 9:00 today, 17th, with them willing to replace them because of manufacturing fault. Hope the parts will be at home when we get back in mid Jan.
