Reversing Twin vs Single Axle Caravans

I use a single Axle Caravan and have thought about a twin for my next van, but when you ask the question regarding reversing, there are different views. Some say they are easier to reverse and some say harder to reverse. Although some of the Single vans are just as long so does the twin wheels make difference? I just wondered if there really is something I am missing.
