Retrieving high level brake light wiring

I recently changed my high level brake light on my auto sleeper Kensington touring caravan . I bought an exact replacement from auto sleepers .The unit came with two attached wires with spade connectors attached. Unscrewing the old unit was straight forward , but when pulling the wiring to access the old connection the wires became detached and dissapeared behind the wall of the caravan.

I have bought a strobe light that connects to my phone , but cannot find the elusive wires to connect new unit.

Has anyone any suggestions as to a remedy for my situation.

We’ve used our phone camera on many occasions, to gain an insight into otherwise hidden spaces, model numbers, connections and more.

Once located, you should be able to hook onto the wires with one of these:

SHINE Magnetic Pick Up Tool 600MM Claw Pick Up Tool Lifting Grab Grabber

They are cheap, readily available and once you have one, you’ll find that it enjoys more use over the years, than you ever planned.

With all the time and effort already expended I'd go for running new wires before it becomes an MOT fail.   Not sure what to do about the original wires which may at some time short out and blow fuses.

Since when did caravans require an MOT!

Thank you for all your reply’s .Have now tried everything including trying to drop a new cable down inside, but this was also unsuccessful as there doesn’t seem to be enough room for them to drop right down.I think all wiring must have been in place before attaching last rear panel thus sandwiching any cables. What is worrying me most is not so much the light not working but the wires shorting out on each other blowing a fuse.

Have tried contacting Auto Sleepers and to be fair I missed their call the first time ,but after giving them extra mobile numbers ,they have not got back in touch.

Again thanks for your help.
