Replacement Parts

I have just been quoted £435 by Swift Group for a replacement front middle window on our Ace Jubilee.

This follows on from a quote last year by Swifts of £2500 for a new front panel.

Neither of these prices bears any relationship to actual cost plus reasonable profit.

It simply endorses the constant  complaints by caravanners about the profteering involved in so-called after-sales support by manufacrurers. 

I imagine that many members could add similar instances of manufacturer's arrogence.
