Hello all. We unfortunately damaged our van in Easter 2022 and although insurance claim approved the van is still not repaired. This is down to a shortage of parts according to Bailey. My repairer has said the service from Bailey is horrendous. They have had sorted other vans such as swift in the time we have been waiting as no issues with parts with them. Is anyone else having similar problems. I’ve escalated to aftercare at baileys and waiting a reply
