Removing Microwave oven in 2007 Sterling

Today (late Dec) I went to a Club site for 2 nights. The van has not been used for 8 weeks but is stored undercover in an open fronted building. On using the Sharp Microwave oven there were loud arcing sounds and flashes from the controls area.  I immediatly turned off the mains power to the Micowave. I would like to remove the micowave to get the arcing investigated. I can see two fixing screws at the botton behind the plastic front frame. However I cannot see how to remove this frame - Any advice on removing the plastic frame welcome.  Many thanks
